So back in October Michael Beasley gave us these inspirational words “[It’s] mostly perception, as far as talent wise, I match up with Kevin [Durant], LeBron [James]. I match up with the best guys in the world. I’m not being cocky; it’s just always how I felt.”
The response was mostly laughter when The Beas compared himself to the two best players in the league. HOWEVA, let’s see what Durant himself has to say about it.

Former MVP Kevin Durant agrees that Michael Beasley is as good of a scorer as anyone in the NBA. I guess that means it’s the truth. The Beas has been putting up numbers that have put him as a top-10 name for 6th man of the year in the NBA this year. If that doesn’t scream top-3 player in the NBA then I don’t know what does.
Let’s hope the GOAT in New York can lead us to the promise land (making the playoffs). Just gotta let Beas be Beas.
